Windover is an apartment community in Knoxville, TN
I have lived her at Windover for 14 years. I lover everything about Windover. The staff i so kind and helpful and the maintenance department is tops. They keep our grounds up so well. The pool is gorgeous and always so clean. Everyone i so friendly here and anything you need the office is always willing to help. I highly recommend Windover to be your forever home. I feel very safe here and you are so close to everything.

Love the Atmosphere
The property is so beautiful and quiet! I love to walk my dog around the perimeters of the property it feels like a park setting. The office and maintenance staff are always so pleasant and helpful. I’m so glad that I found this property.

Do not live at this property
I lived here for 5 years. When I signed the initial lease I paid two deposits totaling $425.I mentioned some problems when I moved in , mostly concerning the state of the decade old carpet in the bedroom and some other issues that were never fixed. Everytime it rained, for example, the bathtub would bubble up with raw sewage. I was a great tenant always paying my rent on time even during the pandemic and accepting large rent increases every year. This is for an 800 square foot one bedroom... apartment with no washer /dryer hookups. I negotiated a far better rate for my final 6 month lease with freeman webs corporate office in Nashville than the revolving door of leasing agents at Windover would offer. I did this by sending pictures and videos of the aforementioned issues. They agreed it was a poorly run and managed property compared to all their others. As soon as I moved out , the leasing agent decided she wanted me to pay for all of the problems I had mentioned during my five years there that they had refused to fix. These charges totaled $454 , including items such as a $220 charge for spraying ‘kilz’ spray and another large one for replacing two slats in the blinds that were as old as the carpet. They do this to all of their tenants when they move out , writing emails almost identical to the one they had the audacity to write me. Do not live at Windover apartments.It is run by dishonest people and is an old run down and overpriced facility.
