1. Satisfactory verification of rental (or mortgage history) 2-year rental or mortgage history with no late payments
2. No prior evictions or housing judgments
3. Satisfactory criminal record
4. Debt to income ratio including rent must be less than 50%
5. Work History - 2 years with no interruptions
6. You must view the property before you submit application - No application fee refunds once you apply.
7. Credit classification for security deposit:

SECURITY DEPOSIT CRITERIA:
Credit Score - 600+ One Month\'s Rent deposit.
Credit Score 550 - 599 - Deposit = 2 X Rent
Credit Score 500-549 = 3 x Rent or Qualifying Guarantor plus 2 x Rent
Credit Score - 499 & below - DENIED.
