    It's good. Just could be better...

    It's an okay place to live, however, they are raising prices here... But nothing is changing. There's a "playground" but it's pretty boring. And for the newer people moving in; they're getting new flooring and carpet; while the people that have been living here, are stuck with the orange-toned flooring. Also THE DOG POOP. The manager, Sam, is trying to tighten the reins on the poop outside because ppl don't pick up after their dogs, but it's everywhere. It would be nice if for the people that… are going to renew their lease, they get new flooring and carpet and they get cameras or something to get proof of the ppl not picking up their dog's poop, and give them a violation.
    Positives!
    Sam, the manager, is great! And the two management people are awesome!
    It's not a bad place to live, BUT it could be better.
