BED BUGS!!

There are roaches and bed bugs in these apartments. They don’t come out to spray or fix things. They buy you a can of bug spray and have you take care of it.

Hello, I am so sorry to hear about your problems. At Rand Property Management, we strive to offer the best customer service available and our tenants are our number one priority. We offer quarterly preventative pest control and always respond to… complaints of roaches or bed bugs within 48 hours. As of today, I have not received any complaints or bed bugs in our apartments. If you will call us at 865-681-0806 we will be happy to set you up for treatment. We don't often have issues with bed bugs or roaches in our apartments but we do offer treatments that are efficient and effective with 1% call back rating. Again, I am sorry to hear of your complaint and would love the opportunity to make this right.

Horrible everything

This place is terrible. They lost my lease. They over charged me rent & also said I didn’t pay a month of rent when I even had a receipt for the month they tried to say I didn’t pay. My apartment was falling a part and they wouldn’t come out to fix it. The management was super rude and not helpful at all. The people there are loud and skanky. So skanky they gave me roaches multiple times and would not come to spray to fix the issue. They have pest control once every three months. This place is a… dump. So glad I was able to get out of there.

Horrible

I've been living in this apartment for about 7 months now and I cannot wait for my lease to be up. The apartment itself is fine, kind of small and needs some cosmetics but it's fine. The community however is awful, super trashy people that constantly hang around outside and smoke non-stop, my roommate gets woken up almost nightly by the upstairs neighbors either screaming and throwing stuff at each other or doing the nasty. The laundry room is more disgusting than a gas station bathroom. However… , the absolute worst part is the property managers. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. Literally the day we moved in part of our dishwasher was laying in the floor and our bathroom had a large rip in the ceiling. Like I said we've been here 7 months and neither of those things have been fixed despite us asking multiple times. They've overcharged us on rent twice and our electricity bill was briefly through the roof due to an issue with our air this summer that they took weeks to fix because "it wasn't top priority" and they refuse to give us back pay. Did I mention you have to supply your own basic building amenities such as a shower curtain rode and screens for the windows? Worst apartment I've ever lived in and I can't wait to get out and never come back.
