3 Year Tenant
I've lived here 3 years now. Its close to some of the best parts of Memphis and is still very quiet. The one bedroom is spacious. Parking is easy. The staff is amazing, especially the woman that runs the office.

MOLD everywhere and owners do not care at all about tenants or property! Stay away!
