Azure Place Apartments

I’ve lived here for 3 years because of the price, but it is absolutely not worth the trouble that staff put you through. You can speak to multiple members of staff about the same issue and never get the same answer. I was recently charged several months worth of fees all at once because someone forgot to add these fees to my account over the course of several months. There is no communication when rent changes. I have never had anyone come to change an air filter. Just all around incompetent.

I left the apartment in 02/2024 and it's now 06/2024 I have still not received my security deposit. Everytime I go to the office their managers keep telling me lies upon lies. Am definitely going to file a legal suit against them but I thought somebody should know. If you want to go through the stress I have been throught just to get my security deposit back from these people then you can go ahead and rent here. But if you really care about your time and your money, then please stay away from... this apartment. Ofcos, they will make your move in easy but what about your move out?The incompetence of this management is beyond my understanding. I moved out of this apartment complex when it was named Kensington Manor. This was July 31st, 2023. It is now the end of November 2023 and I have not received my deposit. No-one is ever availble to talk to and no one knows the number to the corporate office. I was initially told that I would receive my entire deposit back. Management has changed over three times and the last time I spoke with someone I was told that my deposit would be reduced. A month later and I still have not received my... deposit. I’ve been here for going on a year and haven’t experienced any problems except for the smoke detector going off for no reason but they immediately came and fixed it they’ve done a lot of renovating including the parking lots and that was very much so needed but for the best part it’s nice here pretty quiet community and people here are friendly therefore I’d highly recommend considering Kensington Manor??
