Additional Fees Months After Moving Out

The apartments are great and well maintained. Loved my years long stay here until I moved out. Months later I receive a collections notice tied to the apartment. I specifically asked and checked the portal to see if any payments were due and nothing was provided at the time. No idea what the charge is for or why they did not call or email first instead of damaging my credit for seemingly no reason. It's only a couple hundred dollars and would have been more than happy to pay. I will now be... putting off a home purchase due to the credit damage they caused. Do not stay here if you ever plan to move I guess. I repeat, no call and no email after confirming everything was paid and still sent to collections.

Absolutely love love

I have been here for a little over 5 years. The experience has been absolutely lovely since being here. There was an unforeseeable incident that occurred with my last unit and they acted quickly to get me moved into another available unit. The staff ALWAYS answers the phone, they are always there to answer any questions. Maintenance is on top of the request. Security is always present and available. Both sets of neighbors have been respectful. They address issues that come about. There is no... commotion, and I love that. They do not play, and I love that too. I would definitely recommend.

Move-in was smooth and everything was well-prepared. The property was clean and ready, and communication with management has been great. Excited to settle in!
