Love Centennial Gardens

Our whole team really feels like family! Maintenance is always quick and efficient, our housekeepers do an amazing job keeping the amenities, models, and apartments looking beautiful, and the grounds are always so well cared for. I truly love working here and being part of such a wonderful team!

Cleanest Place to Live

This is one of the only apartments I’ve lived in that kept the grounds as clean as possible.

The front office staff were always really helpful. The maintenance team were quick and kind. And the grounds and gym are always kept up, which just enhanced my experience.

Best apartment

I moved in a few weeks ago and have had nothing but an amazing experience since applying. Staff is very responsive and welcoming. By far the best complex I have lived in so far.

Additional Fees Months After Moving Out

The apartments are great and well maintained. Loved my years long stay here until I moved out. Months later I receive a collections notice tied to the apartment. I specifically asked and checked the portal to see if any payments were due and nothing was provided at the time. No idea what the charge is for or why they did not call or email first instead of damaging my credit for seemingly no reason. It's only a couple hundred dollars and would have been more than happy to pay. I will now be... putting off a home purchase due to the credit damage they caused. Do not stay here if you ever plan to move I guess. I repeat, no call and no email after confirming everything was paid and still sent to collections.
