I went by to take a tour of the facility in hopes of finding a good place to live and was greeted by the most warm and beautiful smile from the manager(Deidre) at this property she was very knowledgeable and helpful in my quest to find nice and affordable downtown living she took time out to answer any questions or concerns I may have had and you could tell she really cares about the residents and the property...I look forward to moving in this apartment very soon

The grounds stink, no windows are cleaned so they are very dirty outside and hard to look out of. Trash compactors stay broken. Mail packages are stolen. They don’t ensure apartments are clean and ready for move in prior to occupancy. Management doesn’t follow up on complaints
