Very pleased with how the company work with you through hard times I’m very pleased with my apt I haven’t had any issues since I been over here the neighbors are friendly and the office managers are the best and maintenance be on there job

Lovely quiet place to live. They maintain the property well! Lived here for 2 years now and have no complaints! It's near the highway so it's very easy to get in and out of Memphis.

Neighborhood is really quite and nice my neighbors are nice and I really enjoy the gym the maintenance crew is always on time and very helpful

Very clean and well maintained environment. Wish the appliances inside were upgraded. Fairly decent amenities as far as the pool and the playgrounds go.
