This place is repugnant. Filthy and dirty. Every floor stinks. Dogs are allowed to pee and poop everywhere but they only clean one floor. Several of my expensive shoes have been ruined due to the filthy, wet, peery, and doo doo carpet. This may as well be a pet and rodent motel. The worst place I have ever stayed. I moved in early August of this year. The management team has been amazing since day 1. I've lived all over the country for my work and I can't tell you how refreshing it is to have kind, helpful and responsive management. The amenities are excellent. The walls must be thick or I have very quiet neighbors. Love the location just wish they would start playing baseball again!

I give our apartment a 4 star BC its nice and quiet the maintenance people are always so helpful. The leasing office people were nice and helpful until some of them started to make broken promises but in all its a cool place to live.

These are great apartments! The buildings are clean and well maintained, the staff is great, and most of the neighbors are grad students or young professionals. This is hands down the best place for Millennials to live in the downtown area. The only downside is that is takes about a week for maintenance to respond to non-emergency requests for repairs.
