Cute units and great management company

Living in downtown comes with the cost of older buildings and the key is a responsive management company. Indigo Riverview comes at a great cost given the location. Located near 2 dog parks, walking distance to food, a coffee shop, convenience store. The view is great and the community is friendly. The management company is quick to respond and promote local events and resources. It’s a pleasure to live here.

Old bones, Great location

Indigo Riverview is in a great location! The building has old bones; however the history of this building is amazing. For the price and location, it cannot be beat!!

Hello,

After reading some of the reviews from 2022 I can say that some of the issues reported here I can agree upon and have experienced. A rough start the first months living here. No Doubt.
I moved in here August 2022. The Elevators, Smoke Alarms, Power & Water Issues, Parking Structure / Security for sure. That being said....
The current Management Team here at Riverview has been exceptional in a 24-hour communication, response & repair mode. There is a lot to be done here, and they are… making the necessary changes to make this a place to be, and live. Rome wasn't built in a day. My impression is that things are heading in the right direction.

The views to the East, and West are really Cool. My suggestion is to get an apartment closest to the top as possible :)

Downtown Memphis has its hidden Gems. You just have to go out and find them.

PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE

I promise you with my whole heart that you do not want to live here. It is roach infested, leaking EVERYWHERE, and management will not respond to you or address your concerns. If you want to be miserable for the entire lease period and afterwards, this is the place for you.

Some of these are essential and must be completed without delay. We are very sorry that residents… have been inconvenienced by the process. While we are faced with daily frustrations caused by this process, the property team is doing an admirable job. We regret that lifestyle is falling sort of some expectations. While some aspects of property upkeep is noted as sub par at this time, there are brighter days ahead.
