Do not move here if you want functional security gates!! They continue to be nonfunctional, and it is ALWAYS out of the staff’s control to get them fixed in a timely manner. The gate has been broken for FOUR MONTHS. A staff member has stated to me and my husband, “The gate doesn’t keep unwanted visitors out”. What faulty logic and poor customer service. My seatbelt doesn’t always keep me from flying through the windshield, but I’m going to wear it to decrease the likelihood because it concerns... my safety. When you pay a higher rent to live in a gated community, as opposed to other options on the island, the security gates should work and be made a priority!!

wouldn't recommend
one of the worst apartment complexes on mud island. big problems with vermin and gopher rats in the apartments and on the property. my roommates tires got slashed because they always leave the gates open at night. the office staff can never figure out how to give accurate information about your lease when you go over there. i wouldn't recommend living there.
