The apartment is good. The leasing office was very helpful, but maintenance was an issue. It take the maintenance team forever to fix anything. It took 2 months to get a new dishwasher, and I called about a wasp net that was under my staircase and no one did anything about it my dad had to come and remove it after my niece was stung twice while playing by the stairs.

Maintenance was an issue while i was there it took them along time to get things fixed but the community isnt bad never had any drama or bad neighbors the 2 bedroom size you cant beat. I would recommend them.

Apt is cozy and spacious. Great value for the money. Wonderful location, close to interstate, shopping and restaurants. However, it has inadequate lighting and security. Grounds are well kept in common areas but, neglected in other areas and on weekends. Overall ok.

When I first moved to memphis I thought about areas I would like to move into and the price range I could afford.. After searching several on apartments.com I found an awesome place, not far from my job and son school, and it a decent area. Highland hills have amazing staff and I would refer others any time
