Worst management experience, didn’t feel welcomed as potential residents at all. Called and called to inquire about rental information on MONDAY, phone calls were never answered, so we went to the property that same morning to apply and view availability we were only able to speak to someone via Ring camera who was very dismissive, told us we can find all info online which we took as a red flag to find somewhere better managed and operated

Everything it bad ! Plumbing issues, maintenance very rude, people in our very rude, parking issues, bug infested!

They are not well put together management changes every month they turn your water off with out notice don’t fix anything . My townhouse has been flooded from other people houses and they just act as if they don’t care. Like I’m over Shadowbrook a sad place to live and oh yea they have a bad rat problem ????

I have lived their for 6 months. When I moved in I paid all the fees that were required including prorated rent. I have paid my rent by the due date every month. Twice I have been told that I owe additional money and when they look at the records I apparently did not owe anything. 2 weeks ago I received a call stating that I owed 200 dollars and asking when would I make the payment. I was working and requested that they check their records and call me back as I am paid in full. I did not get a… call back when I went to pay my March rent today and requested a copy of my statement, I was told I can't get my statement until there is a zero balance. The person their said she has only been there 2 weeks and would not give me the phone number of the Management company. So apparently management changes every couple of months and they attempt to twist the arm of their tenants for more money with each change in management. I am sick of their incompetence..and not to mention the light on the side of the building has been out since I moved in and I have made at least 3 requests to have it fixed. Read More
