racoons

So first off I live in Sunridge Townhomes been there for 2years love it but what im not gone do is live with RACOONS in my attic. Now ive informed them of this last year and still nothing has been done this is not the projects and people pay too much for this to be going on. This raccoon has been in my attic for 3days now and im getting put on the back burner about it me and my kids could not stay home because of the fear of another one coming in my home. I hate to make this review but… something has to give we pay rent so these problems should be addressed at a timely matter. SUNRIDE TOWNHOMES THINGS GOT TO GET BETTER BEFORE SOMETHING BAD HAPPEN AND YA'LL HAVE A LAWSUIT ON YOUR HANDS!!!!!!!!!!!

Dont move here

These are some nice townhomes as far as space wise but within the last year that I have been here property management has started to let ANYONE move in. The tenants and their children have no manners trash everywhere loud music unruly teenagers roam the property day and night cursing and fighting. Would be a great place to stay if management would keep the riff raff out.

Don't fix nothing

The space is great but they are old townhomes they patch it up to look OK. But once you in they are horrible take forever to get things fixed and the patch up things come a loose. Be careful of these townhomes any any others they own.

I love the open feeling & my own laundry space

The layout really works for me and my family plus having my own laundry in my unit makes it easier. It feels pretty relaxing around here even though its not very far from all the main stuff. Having new stuff is pretty sweet too so overall very happy with my choice to move here. They do some community events too so we've been getting to know the neighbors more.

Open Space & my own laundry room

The living room feels really open and having my own washer makes laundry easier for me with the kids. They put in a bunch of new stuff and do some community event stuff so I have been getting to know my neighbors which has been really nice. I am really close to work so I've had more time to be at home. Overall really happy with my choice plus they had the best move-in deal around for sure.
