Great Place to Live with Friendly Staff

I’ve had a great experience living at The Preserve at Forest. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The staff has always been friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever I had questions or needed assistance. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and the amenities are kept in good condition. Enjoyed my stay!

Honestly not great

The very first day I moved in, I had a pipe burst that flooded my apartment. Since then, I've dealt with my car being broken into, ongoing roach issues, and multiple maintenance requests that were marked as resolved without any actual work being completed. Management has even called me and asked me to combine all of my concerns into a single maintenance ticket rather than addressing any of the actual issues .

I moved here from another state believing I was moving into a safe, gated, and… well-maintained community. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. The security gate is frequently broken, and the hallways are always littered with trash and debris.

I was initially drawn in by the property's appearance and amenities, but the reality has been extremely disappointing. If I could do it all over again, I would look elsewhere. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this community to do thorough research before signing a lease.

Many fees for moving out! Be careful!

The place is okay to live. However! When you move out they make up a bunch of fees such as damage or garbage removal which I did not have ! There was no damage and my c
Garbage was placed outside in garbage pick up area. The place was left clean and neat. They still also wanted to charge me carpet cleaning and so on. Is this not part of regular maintenance you face with a rental unit?
I’ve never had anything like this!
Be careful what you sign!

Lake View!

I got an apartment with a lake view and the office staff made the move in easy! I've liked the basketball court and the fitness center is pretty updated
