The Preserve at Forest Creek

The very first day I moved in, I had a pipe burst that flooded my apartment. Since then, I've dealt with my car being broken into, ongoing roach issues, and multiple maintenance requests that were marked as resolved without any actual work being completed. Management has even called me and asked me to combine all of my concerns into a single maintenance ticket rather than addressing any of the actual issues .

I moved here from another state believing I was moving into a safe, gated, and... well-maintained community. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. The security gate is frequently broken, and the hallways are always littered with trash and debris.

I was initially drawn in by the property's appearance and amenities, but the reality has been extremely disappointing. If I could do it all over again, I would look elsewhere. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this community to do thorough research before signing a lease. Read More

Garbage was placed outside in garbage pick up area. The place was left clean and neat. They still also wanted to charge me carpet cleaning and so on. Is this not part of regular maintenance you face with a rental unit?

I got an apartment with a lake view and the office staff made the move in easy! I've liked the basketball court and the fitness center is pretty updated

I have lived in 4 different states, with countless property management and this has been the worst place yet. The gate has never worked. They send out emails saying that is going to be fixed but no action is ever taken. Within the first two months of me living here, there were at least 6 cars broken into and the gate remains broken months later. This has been the slowest maintenance team I’ve ever had. Minor maintenance issues take more than a month. The unit is nice but the property is not... taken care of. There are HUGE pot holes all around the property. The trash over the weekend overflows from the compactor. All of the balconies need to be painted and pressure washed. It’s almost embarrassing to even bring guests over because of the lack of care. Over priced low grade apartments with poor management. They literally charge for services they dont provide example (pest control) . The gate is always broken and the trash service is garbage. I can’t wait until my lease is up. They send threatening emails about charging people for everything.
