The Wyndham Apartments

Property has declined! not just physically, but in how tenants are treated. Management and even corporate staff are rude, dismissive, and lacks basic empathy. I’ve never called the office cursing, irate, or fussing or been a rude tenant, because that’s not who I am, never been that way. As a long-term tenant, I expected at least some level of respect, but that simply isnt there.

There is mold in several areas of the unit, especially in the garage. I reported this more than once, but it was... never removed. The exterior wood near the entrance is also extremely old and attracted wasps, both my daughter and I were stung and management was also made aware of these incidents.

As far as amenities go, this property truly has none. Outside of the pool, there are no functional amenities. The “gym” is essentially non-existent and never cleaned, so it’s hard to honestly consider it an on-site workout area. Read More

The staff is awesome Tawanda, Kristy and Amber are all professional and friendly. If I called for a maintenance request it was always handled very promptly and the maintenance guys were friendly and knowledgable. Nice and quiet place to live.

I really just can't say enough nice things about this complex. The office staff were always incredibly pleasant and helpful, the maintenance guys are thorough and came very quickly for any issue I had (and I didn't have that many compared to other complexes I've stayed at in the area). My apartment was a first floor unit right up against the main road and although the street noise was a bit much at times (to be fair, I never had any issues with safety. I only moved to have a shorter commute, but... having seen what else is out there in this price range, I really might move back to The Wyndham after my lease is up at the dump I'm living in. It's worth the extra commute. I wasn't at my new apartment a whole week before telling everyone "I miss the office staff and my maintenance guys at the Wyndham.." The apartments are nice, the garage is amazing, and I didn't realize how much I enjoyed having a doorbell. I know that's silly, but it was a pleasant surprise. Very quiet safe place to live. I've been here for about 8 years and loving it. would like to see some upgrades on the inside of the apartment, it's working on 20 years since they have done anything to this one. they are trying to upgrade the outside alittle but havn't got around to my building. I for one would stay here for a long time if paid attention to detail on the appearance inside and out alittle bit better.
