His journey began at Harding University, where he earned a BA in Missiology. This foundation led him to serve as a missionary in Buenos Aires, Argentina, from 2000 to 2004, where he co-founded a new church and developed cross-cultural communication skills that proved invaluable throughout his career. Since 2019, he has served as an Elder at Tusculum Church of Christ in Nashville, TN, providing spiritual leadership and pastoral care to his congregation. In 2020, he helped to launch a Hispanic outreach at his home church. Mike Dotson consistently applies principles of integrity, service, and genuine care for others that define his multifaceted career as a bilingual Realtor, minister, community leader, and global citizen.
