    Read your lease!!

    This place is awful. We signed a 6 month lease and after that went on to a month to month lease. This morning (April 1st) the office manager Deborah called my brother and told us that we had to leave the unit that day. I called myself to speak with her after having a look at the lease where it stated that if the occupants do no/can not leave when prompted to, then they will be forced to pay double the rent (on a day today basis). We agreed to pay double the rent on a day today basis but were… still told that we would have to pay for the next occupants hotel room as well as storage unit until we do vacate the premises. I then asked Deborah very nicely to show me where in the lease it says that. That is when she started to get an attitude with me.
