Avoid

Shootings, maintenance rides by on a golf cart on the phone cursing in front of kids, they charge to fix things, and management is unprofessional.

they charge you to fix things but never do, been without a/c for about a month now

DONT MOVE HERE

don’t move to these apartments if you actually care for your belongings getting shot at or being around drugs 24/7!!! currently there is crime scene tape around a whole apartment unit and who knows what happened there because no one has said a word. my car and multiple other cars got shot, blew out our whole window (my car sits 9 feet away from my living room fyi) i go to the office stating i don’t feel safe considering i have 3 children and they tell me “well that’s everywhere in murfreesboro”… NO ITS NOT!!! and “you have to serve out a 60 day notice and regardless if you do that today (the 5th of the month) it would not be active until june 1st MY WINDOW WAS JUST SHOT OUT they don’t care about their residents!! i’ve been here 4 years and they’ve never been this bad. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.
