Our current apt has a bug problem in the summer where our old one didn't. Other than that the place is great. Maintenence is quick and does great work too.

Maintenance is always prompt, the people here are friendly. We love the park, walking path, fire pit, and grills. Its nice having area for my little girl to run around outside! We dont miss a yard being in the apartment and thats a win! Will be renewing the lease.

I've only been at Chelsea Place for a couple of weeks now. So far I have no complaints. With the ice and snow that hit, I feel like they did an adequate job clearing and salting surfaces to keep us all safe.
