The staff, amenities, and community events are all wonderful. However, the interior of my apartment could use a touch-up. Paint is peeling, lvt flooring is coming up, doors don't fit in door frames properly... It's an old building so I understand some of the issues but other issues are just from trying to pinch pennies.
The exterior of the building could use a touch-up too. Patio bushes, grass near patios, flowers, etc. are non-existent. The sprinklers don't work properly and create puddles in... the middle of sidewalks. Grilling stations are very minimal as well. They could use some love.

You have lived in the same apartment home... over three years and we are more than happy to look at your doors, flooring and paint. There are over 10 grilling stations in the community and we are glad to explain where they are also. We are glad to look at adding some landscaping near you also.
