Fortress Grove

My car was just hit in the parking lot last night. When I came to ask about video cameras I was instructed they are only in the front of the building where the lease office is. This is a huge complex that should have cameras. I was unaware of this. Also they didn’t even care about where it happened or what apartment I was in to figure out if there was even a possibility of seeing the accident. I was instructed to file a police report then call my insurance with no details. I work late and there… is rarely any parking so I had to park on the other side of the complex. I moved in at the end of May and its felt like home from the first night I was in my apartment. It was an effortless process to become a resident. Sarah is very professional, kind and helpful. The entire staff is. I see how hard the maintenance team works to keep the community clean. Living here truly feels like home, I already see myself resigning my lease because its such a great community to call home.

I just moved to the apartment complex and it hasnt even been 3 weeks. Sarah, Stacey, Corey and Dale have been such a sweet wonderful fast feedback help. To make me comfortable in my new luxury apartment.
