I rarely leave reviews, but this team absolutely deserves one.

Caty, Nikki, Lena, and Cody run the office like a well oiled machine. They’re knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and genuinely care about their residents. I’m pretty particular and tend to ask a lot of questions before making a decision, but they had an answer for every single one and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them.

After touring several apartment communities, this was the first place that truly felt like... home. The staff made me feel like a valued person instead of just another number on a spreadsheet. Their attention to detail, welcoming attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference.

Lived here for 3 years and I loved it! But I also needed to rent a storage unit because the 1 bedroom apartments are just too small. Biggest issue was cost of lease renewal. It was high. Over 3 years it went up 30%. I was sad to leave but I couldn't justify the cost. The manager and staff are top notch!!

I rented at a brand new apartment complex when I lived in Florida, and I thought they were the standard… until I got to Parc at Murfreesboro.
Many times, a leasing office is there to get you to sign the lease and then they are done with you. NOT HERE. They wave, they smile, they respond to texts and messages, and even if it isn’t their area of responsibility, they help anyway. The management and maintenance staff are the friendliest and most responsive I’ve ever worked with. The complex is... clean- and at any given time of day you’ll see maintenance staff puttering around the complex, always being proactive.
Finally, the community is quiet. I just love living here. If you’re undecided between Parc and another apartment complex, pick Parc. You won’t be disappointed. Read More

I moved here in October 2024, and I have yet to see any bugs, had any maintenance issues, or have any issues with residents/ staff. Everything is very nice, and I’m not worried about safety here!

Lena has been an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire application process. She answers all of my questions, no how matter how small. She's been a huge part in making me feel at ease, when moving is, let's face it - stressful. I don't move in until next spring but I am very much looking forward to calling this beautiful property my next home. Thank you Lena for ALL of your assistance!
