Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Removing smoke detectors incurs a $500 penalty, and losing key fobs incurs a $200 penalty. No outside guests are allowed without permission. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds]. An additional pet fee of $100-300, based on stay length, will be collected separately. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay.
