Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays.
