There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day, and guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Weapons and drugs are not allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays.
