All properties are smoke-free environments, and smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. No outside guests are allowed without permission.
