All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are permitted without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old, except for students/interns. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. A $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver is available, or guests can opt for a $150 security hold on a credit card for incidentals, which is released 3-5 days post check-out.
