There is also a King Bedroom with a twin trundle and twin bed, a TV, an adjacent full bathroom with a tub/shower, a chic den with a wrap-around couch, oversized ottoman, plush seating, and a Smart TV, and a laundry room. The second floor boasts a large living room, a large dining area, a large kitchen with an island and bar stools, a custom mural, a King Bedroom with a twin trundle and Smart TV, an adjacent full bathroom with a tub/shower, and a back patio with an outdoor dining table and seating. The third floor offers a King Bedroom with a twin trundle and Smart TV, an en-suite full bathroom with a shower, a living area with a Smart TV, a laundry room, and an outdoor patio overlooking the city with a hot tub, outdoor dining table, and soft seating.

There is no smoking allowed inside or within 25 feet of the property; a $500 fee applies if smoke is detected indoors. Any stay of 3 weeks or more will incur an extra cleaning fee. Any requests to modify your reservation made within 30 days of your scheduled arrival date will incur a $100 change fee. Renters must be at least 21 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The property may not be used by more people than the number of adults and children listed on the reservation. Guests may not engage in illegal activity. Zero tolerance for the property being used as a "home base" for parties or for visitors coming and going. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets, and charges will apply as needed. If the home requires excessive cleaning due to pets, an additional cleaning fee of up to $250 may be assessed. The standard cleaning fee does not cover excessive mess. Guests are asked to leave the space in good condition and follow check-out instructions to avoid additional fees.
