Additional guests outside of your confirmed guest count are not allowed on the property unless pre-approved prior to your stay. There is a zero-tolerance policy on the property being used as a "home base" for parties or visitors to come and go. Exterior cameras are in use to verify who is entering the home. If you exceed your confirmed guest count, you will be asked to leave immediately and charged a $500 fine. Please respect the residential neighborhood and avoid late-night, loud cavorting in the backyard, as a call from a neighbor due to excessive noise could result in a $500 fine. The primary guest must be 21 years or older, and photo ID information must match the information on your credit card. Please remove any snow, ice, or debris from the cover of the hot tub before attempting to open it, as failure to do so may result in damages.
