Parking for 5 cars is available on site. A pack-n-play is available for use, though sheets and bedding are not provided. Early check-in from 8:00 a.m. and late check-out until 5:00 p.m. may be available for a small fee, subject to availability.
Conveniently located in the suburban Donelson area, this home is just 4 miles from BNA airport and 6 miles to Downtown Nashville, approximately 5 minutes from the airport. It is close to the famed Grand Ole Opry country music hall, the Opryland resort, and shopping malls. The neighborhood, hugging the Cumberland River, offers hip Southern eateries and craft beer pubs along Lebanon Pike, and a seasonal Friday farmers’ market. Enjoy the greenway trail that bisects sprawling Stones River Bend Park. The home is also 10 miles east of downtown.
This is a smoke-free property; no smoking is permitted inside or within 25 feet of the property. A $500 fee applies if smoke is detected indoors. This home is in a residential neighborhood, and quiet hours should be observed. No late-night, loud cavorting in the backyard is permitted, and a $500 fine may result from neighbor complaints regarding excessive noise. The property is not to be used as a hub for outside visitors or rotating guests. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation, and photo ID information must match the credit card information. Exterior cameras are on the property for safety purposes. Guests are asked to remove any snow, ice, or debris from the hot tub cover before opening to prevent damages. Guests are responsible for leaving the space in a reasonably tidy condition. Luggage drops outside of the check-in window cannot be accommodated. All doors should be shut and locked when not in use, and valuables should not be left in vehicles parked on the street.
