This is a smoke-free property; no smoking is permitted inside or within 25 feet of the property. A $500 fee applies if smoke is detected indoors. This home is in a residential neighborhood, and quiet hours should be observed. No late-night, loud cavorting in the backyard is permitted, and a $500 fine may result from neighbor complaints regarding excessive noise. The property is not to be used as a hub for outside visitors or rotating guests. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation, and photo ID information must match the credit card information. Exterior cameras are on the property for safety purposes.
