1200 Broadway is amazing!! I just recently moved in and I feel very safe in the building, it’s extremely clean and well managed! Staff are so kind and helpful. 24/7 concierge is amazing! Clean sleek unit with a good view and awesome appliances. Premier amenities and great community. I love it here and it feels like home.

Love the building itself. Response to issues requiring a handyman are timely. Front desk and leasing staff are awesome. The evening team 2 blondes (female and male) take security very seriously. Building could be a bit more on top of fixing amenity issues or cleaning (8th floor fire pit, polishing the handrails in the elevator, taking down the elevator tarp when no one is using service elevator). The rooftop should only cost the cleaning fee to rent, especially outside of holiday weeks. Overall... love it here. If I move it will be because the rent increases every year and it’s already expensive.
