This newly renovated 1940s bungalow blends historic quaintness with modern design and comfort. The space sleeps six and boasts a completely upscaled kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a 5-burner gas range with a pot filler faucet, double ovens and immaculate granite countertops. Exposed wood beams grace the home. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dish-ware, some spices, coffeemaker, coffee, creamers, and sugar to get you started. Fresh bed linens are supplied, and each full bathroom has a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and washcloths for makeup removal. An initial round of toilet paper, paper towels, and coffee is provided.
Driveway space is available for two cars, and free street parking is available. A welcome basket with light refreshments is provided. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of one dog up to 50lbs. A cleaning fee of $100 will be applied to guests who stay 3 weeks or longer.
The neighborhood is close to everything you need. Mitchells Deli and Dose are nearby, and it's a mile to Riverside Village, which is a little pocket neighborhood with restaurants, shops, and street art, as well as Amelia's Flower Truck. Uber and Lyft are readily available.
Dogs must be leashed when outside, and guests must pick up after their dog and use the provided dog bag station. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds and should not be left unattended unless crated. Dogs must be housebroken and should relieve themselves outside, but not on a neighbor's lawn. Guests should ensure their dog doesn't cause excessive noise. No glitter or confetti decorations are allowed, and no decorations are allowed on the wallpaper. All decorations must be removed before departure. Smoking is not allowed inside or within 25 feet of the property, and a $500 fee will apply if smoke of any kind is detected in the home. Any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of deposit. Early check-in or late check-outs must be pre-arranged. Two exterior Ring cameras are present for safety. Primary guests must be 21 years or older, and photo ID information must match the information on the credit card.
