This newly renovated bungalow blends historic quaintness with modern design and comfort. The space sleeps six and boasts an upscaled, fully equipped kitchen with all stainless appliances, a five-burner gas range with a pot filler faucet, double ovens, and immaculate granite countertops. Exposed wood beams grace the home. Enjoy the oversized deck with deep, comfy chairs. Fresh bed linens are supplied, and each full bathroom has a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and washcloths for makeup removal. An initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, creamers, and sugar is provided.
Driveway space is available for two cars, and free street parking is available. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of one dog up to 50lbs. Dogs must be leashed when outside, and guests must pick up after their dog and use the provided dog bag station. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds and should not be left unattended unless crated. Dogs must be housebroken and use designated potty areas, avoiding neighbors' lawns. Guests should ensure their dog doesn't cause excessive noise.
