Welcome to this newly renovated 1940s bungalow where historic quaintness meets modern design and comfort. The space comfortably sleeps six and features an upscale kitchen with stainless appliances, a 5-burner gas range with a pot filler faucet, double ovens, and immaculate granite countertops. Exposed wood beams add character to the home. Enjoy your morning coffee on the oversized deck in deep, comfy chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishware, some spices, a coffeemaker, coffee, creamers, and sugar to get you started. Fresh bed linens are supplied, and each full bathroom includes a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and washcloths for makeup removal.
Driveway space for two cars and free street parking are available. A welcome basket with light refreshments is provided for your enjoyment. Guests who stay three weeks or longer will incur an additional cleaning fee of $100, which is not included in the pricing you see and will be an additional add-on fee.
The neighborhood is close to everything you need, with Mitchells Deli and Dose nearby. It's just a mile to Riverside Village, a little pocket neighborhood filled with restaurants, shops, street art, and Amelia's Flower Truck. Uber and Lyft are readily available for easy transportation around Nashville.
No pets are allowed due to severe family allergies. Decorations such as glitter or confetti are not permitted, and no decorations should be placed on wallpaper. Quiet hours are in place to respect the neighbors, and smoking is not allowed inside or within 25 feet of the property. A $500 fee will apply if smoke of any kind is detected in the home. Early check-ins or late check-outs must be pre-arranged, and non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of deposit. Two exterior Ring cameras are installed for safety. Guests are reminded to ensure all doors are shut and locked when not in use and to avoid leaving valuables in vehicles parked on the street. The primary guest must be 21 years or older, and photo ID information must match the information on the credit card.
