1505 Demonbreun Apartments

This used to be an upscale properly until after COVID when it turned into a party building. I moved out in 2022, cleared everything with management and parted ways. Today I find they "accidentally" linked my information to some one who failed to pay their rent and sent it to a third party collection agency trying to come after me for an apartment I never rented.

I am thoroughly enjoying my stay here at 1505! I am excited for the renovations to be done (lol) but I know when they are, all will be amazing! The staff here is great and I can always count on them to help in my time of need.

I cannot wait for my lease to be up for multiple reasons. If you value physical safety, personal belonging, quality of sleep and management that communicated well choose somewhere else to live.

The management company can’t keep an administrative staff. I’m not exaggerating when I say they had 5 or 6 different assistant managers in my 6 months living there. The poor temps deal with the brunt of the issues from tenants and they are never given any information. They are money gouging jerks and don’t care about the residents or making the apartment better. Amazing location in the heart of midtown (so it’s not too touristy). Love my city view. Love having the bars across the street to meet locals and hear live music. My apartment is quiet and I never hear noise from the street or my neighbors. The pool is a SUPER fun place to make friends. Maintenance is great - especially Philip. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Management takes requests seriously, offers fair and equal treatment, and works hard to resolve any issues.
