For everyone's peace of mind, there are exterior cameras on the property for safety purposes. Please avoid glitter and confetti decorations, and steer clear of placing anything on the wallpaper; all decorations must be removed before check-out. This house is designed as a peaceful retreat, so the property should not be used as a hub for outside visitors or rotating guests. Please help keep outdoor noise to a considerate level during quiet hours. To keep the space fresh and comfortable for every guest, there is no smoking inside or within 25 feet of the property. If you smoke outdoors, please keep windows and doors closed. A $500 fee applies if smoke is detected indoors. If something breaks or gets damaged during your stay, please let the host know. The standard cleaning fee covers a normal turnover, so please leave the space in a reasonably tidy condition. Early check-in (from 8:00 a.m.) and late check-out (until 5:00 p.m.) may be available for a small fee, subject to availability. Luggage drops are not accommodated outside of the check-in window; nearby luggage storage options are recommended. Dogs are welcome, up to two under 50lbs. Dogs must be leashed when outside, and guests must pick up after their dog and use the provided dog bag station.
