I will note, the pool as of January 2026 was operational this past summer and working fine. So the pool issues seem to be fixed. Obviously this is not a luxury or even nice apartment building, but if you don't care about amenities and just want the cheapest thing you can get that is walkable to Broadway, this is it. You do have to purchase a parking spot, but you will save so much money not having to drive and park downtown if you work in the area/go out often. I myself on the 9th floor havent... seen a single bug in my apartment, but I also clean my apartment. It's definetly not a place you will make a ton of friends or even want to, but legitametly, this place is exactly what you make it. Its a small apartment complex that is mildly old and dingy, but as a single guy, I wouldn't live anywhere else right now. The price is good and my commute to work in town is 6 minutes instead of 30-45 minutes living somewhere similarly priced outside of town. Just come in expecting what you're paying for and you'll be fine. If you want more out of an apartment like a good gym, a community feel, and even social areas, then you should look elsewhere. Everything they sell you on is a lie. It is dirty, there are bugs that can't be taken care of, everything is always broken. There is no pool or any future with a pool. It's not worth the cheap price, you will pay in other ways

The pool is their main pic, but hasn’t been open for years. They say it will reopen Summer 2024, but I haven’t seen any progress or work being done. I am still waiting for them to change my ceiling fan that is the main source of light in my room!

I could go on and on but that should tell you how shiesty and cheap this property is. Avoid if at all possible. If you absolutely cannot afford anything else, avoid high floors because the a/c sucks and one or both of the elevators will likely be... broken for long periods of your lease. Read More

I had to keep the house because I had to. I would be happier if I lived on the street. the contract office is so rude they don’t solve any problems and there are a lot of bugs in the house. Months later they demand extra money. Definitely don’t come

Just don’t do it. Listen to the reviews. I wish I had. The entire place is infested with roaches and we had mold growing in our bathroom. While we lived there the elevators and washing machines were constantly broken and the roof literally caught on fire. There was vomit in the hallway for weeks and rats running around the parking lot. The management has changed multiple times and is still just as dysfunctional. Save your money and time and find somewhere else.
