This 2000 square foot contemporary home is thoughtfully decorated and set-up with all the amenities you would find in a hotel, including a brand new game room. The first level features Bedroom 1 (The Master Room) furnished with a king-size bed, television, closet, and an en suite full bathroom with shower. The second level features an open living room, a spacious kitchen with bar seating for 4, a dining area with a table that seats 8, a half bath, and a balcony. The living room sofa pulls out into a comfortable queen-size bed for additional sleeping. On the third level, you'll find 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Bedroom 2 (The Sky Room) has queen-size bunk beds (175-lb weight limit on top bunk), a single rollaway bed, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom 3 (The Emerald Room) and Bedroom 4 (The Sunset Room) have queen-size beds and both have access to the 2nd upstairs super spacious Jack & Jill bathroom. Although breakfast is not served, there is complimentary coffee, tea, and light snacks.

Dogs are allowed, up to two under 50lbs, and the following pet rules apply: dogs must be leashed when outside, guests must pick up after their dog, dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds, dogs should not be left unattended and need to be crated if left alone in the house, dogs must be housebroken, and guests should ensure their dog doesn't cause excessive noise. If these pet rules are not followed you may incur additional fees. Smoking is not allowed inside, or within 25 feet of the property, and a $500 fee will apply if smoke of any kind is detected in the home. Quiet hours are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. Early check-ins or late check-outs must be pre-arranged. Any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of deposit. Luggage drops are not allowed. The primary guest must be 21 years or older, and your photo ID information must match the information on your credit card. Please make sure all doors are shut and locked when not in use, and do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street.
