Upstairs, find two additional bedrooms, one with a King bed and an en-suite master bathroom with double sinks, and another with a Queen bed and a full bathroom. Relax in the living room with a large screen Smart TV, or enjoy the Queen-size sleeper sofa. A washer and dryer are available for guest use.

Dogs should be crated if left alone inside and potty areas are outside, not on a neighbor's lawn. Guests should ensure their dog doesn't cause excessive noise. Decorations should avoid glitter and confetti, and nothing should be placed on the wallpaper. All decorations must be removed before check-out. The property is not to be used as a hub for outside visitors or rotating guests. Quiet hours should be observed to maintain a peaceful environment for neighbors.
