I have been living over here for a little over a year, and all I can say is that these apartments are disgusting.these apartments are cockroach infested, and its nothing but a bunch of hood rats that live over here, not everyone is disgusting over here, but majority of the people that live in these apartments are disgusting. Even the maintenance men thinks its disgusting.

This property is poorly ran. Freeman and Webb!!!! Go figure!!! This building is for hoodrats. Weed smoking tenants. People living with residents that aren't on the lease. Loud music playing. This place is the pits. If you want to live in a jungle then it's the place for you. Too many low life's that don't work. Going into two years that I've resided here. Hopefully I'm OUT by next yr. Worst apartments in East Nasty!!!!!

This is an affordable housing complex that receives tax incentives. Rarely will you find a manager on duty (except the 1st-5th of every month, when rent is due). The property is often dirty. Children running up and down the hallways. Elevators that break down on a regular basis. People hanging out in the lobby. Cracking walls. Need I go on? Needless to say, when our lease was up, we couldn't get the U-Haul backed in fast enough!
