HORRIBLE STAY AWAY

Do you want to get jumped at night by the homeless people who live in the homeless shelter right behind the building? Yup that's correct, right behind the building. Good luck walking outside the building without getting jumped. The walls are paper thin, you can hear every yawn , bark and sneeze from your neighbor.

Management has ran this place into the ground

The condition of this brand new building is discussing. The grout in the showers was never sealed so it run down the white walls. The parking garage is riddled with trash and when you call to get it removed you are told by management that the trash was removed days ago even though it no one has emptied the trash cans or picked up all the construction waste from the constant plumping problems. The hot water works on average 3 days a week and the pool was advertised as heated but it is not. A... Christmas has been in the parking garage since the day after Christmas it’s now middle of January and it’s still sitting there. Don’t waste your money you will just be inconvenienced any chance management gets once you sign that lease you are dead to them.

Best luxury high rise in the the continental US!

Best luxury high rise in the the continental US!

I have lived in several apartments throughout Nashville and Manhattan, NY.

All other apartments pail in comparison to this one.

Cleanliness is a 10!

Cleaning staff keep everything like scary clean. This place is very OCD friendly.

The staff here is on their A-game. Everything has been so incredibly polished and streamlined since I arrived.

The staff is a 10! Quality humans!

Also the building amenities and finished are premo. Crème de la... crème architecture and interior design. ??

Best of all though, the location. It's central to EVERYTHING! I walk to coffee, food, and as much entertainment as the human body can comfortably consume.
