The condition of this brand new building is discussing. The grout in the showers was never sealed so it run down the white walls. The parking garage is riddled with trash and when you call to get it removed you are told by management that the trash was removed days ago even though it no one has emptied the trash cans or picked up all the construction waste from the constant plumping problems. The hot water works on average 3 days a week and the pool was advertised as heated but it is not. A… Christmas has been in the parking garage since the day after Christmas it’s now middle of January and it’s still sitting there. Cleaning staff keep everything like scary clean. This place is very OCD friendly.

The staff here is on their A-game. Everything has been so incredibly polished and streamlined since I arrived.

The staff is a 10! Quality humans!

Also the building amenities and finished are premo. Crème de la… crème architecture and interior design. ??
