Brandywine Apartment Homes

I have lived at Brandywine Apartments for the past year and have recently renewed my lease. Brandywine stands out as one of the more affordable places in a city of sky high rent. I was becoming very discouraged in my search for an apartment a year ago until I found Brandywine Apartment Homes. It is quiet, inviting and in a pretty “woodsy” setting with nice amenities.

Management, office staff and maintenance are always available and helpful with whatever I need. Updates and cosmetic changes are... presently being made on the apartments and that is much appreciated.

Good place to stay and located in key landmark with everything around. Good staffing services and facility. I enjoyed staying in this community.

I’m going to make this as short as possible, but whew this has been the worst apartment experience I ever had. The management doesn’t care about its residents. My quality of life has tremendously declined after moving in here due to being on edge because of safety concerns, constant weed / cigarette smell (even though it’s a smoke free property. People still smoke on the property), and noise from other units. Please read this review in its entirety and truly look for other options in the area.

All the staff were friendly. Any issues I had maintenance was there rather quickly to fix it. My neighbors are very nice. For the most part it is very quiet and clean. People pick up after their dog which is a huge plus! It's only been a couple weeks but I'm glad I chose this complex.

They do not care about their tenants at all that is why they offer short leases they know nobody in their right mind would renew with them. Warning the amenities are not well taken care of so before you think the rent is decent price because it comes with amenities think again. The gym is never cleaned. The AC in the gym was broken for 9 months. The pools are gross. The washing room only very few machine actually work. They need to work on changing management to provide their tenants a more... pleasurable living experience. Then they would see a larger amount of tenants renewing their lease rather than leaving.
