Unprofessional

Worst management. I made appointment at 4.45 pm today to see an apartment. I was waiting since 28 minutes. No one in the office. Based on them office open until 5.30pm. This is non professional. Morning shows the day.

this property is false advertising!

My son lives in these apts and first of all they look NOTHING like they do in these pics. They have been there a year and in they year they lived there the pool STAYED green and was open MAYBE 3 or 4 times. The lady (Tonya) that manages the complex is RUDE and very unprofessional! She complained to my son about noise because he was playing a keyboard at 130p in the afternoon on a weekend and then told them she wouldnt renew their lease because my granddaughter cried in the middle of the night… . When approached with maintenance requests they were always put on the back burner and never fixed. The kitchen cabinets sit at an angle so the cabinets dont even close! SAVE YOUR MONEY! THE WEBSITE PICS ARE FALSE, the managment is AWEFUL and they are WAY OVER priced for the NO service you get and NO amenities!

I apologize for the negative experience your son had while residing at Croley Court Apts. with apartment living, there is a level of noise that occurs. There are occurrences where the noise… level has to be brought to the attention of the resident. At Croley Court Apts. we strive to offer the most professional and friendly customer service. I apologize for any situation that you feel was not handled with the utmost professionalism.

We do our best to ensure all concerns are acknowledged and addressed to ensure a positive living experience.

Though Croley Court Apts. may not have the amenities offered at other apartment communities, we do have a pool this is open during the summer season (approximately Memorial Day to Labor Day). Our one bedrooms and two bedrooms have washer and dryer connections, include a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, ceiling fans and hardwood surface flooring!. There is on-site laundry.
