Crossroads is a beautiful property with wonderful amenities and a fantastic leasing staff and maintenance crew. It is a walkable community which was very important to me. The apartments are lovely and a short distance from the downtown area.

Crossroads is a great apartment! I am headed towards my third renewal and I can’t imagine living anywhere else. The office and maintenance staff are responsive, attentive, and friendly. They feel like family! The building is well maintained and you can tell the residents respect the space. We have a convenient shop on the 5th floor that has been a life saver more than once. As a pet owner, it’s important to be in a place where dogs are welcome. Crossroads definitely accomplishes that. My... apartment has a great view of the Batman building, new appliances, a large closet, and limited noise from surrounding apartments or the amenities despite being on the amenities floor. Would recommend to anyone looking to rent in The Gulch.

In a city full of 'luxury' apartment buildings Crossroads really is elevated living with great amenities and a spectacular rooftop lounge. The people here are wonderful and really have a sense of community as many are long time residents
