Overall look and style of the apartments are modern and location is great as they are only about 2mins driving distance to downtown Nashville. I’ve lived here 5months now and don’t feel any safe than where I lived before. There are cars being broke into and the property itself is not kept up the way it should be, as they have lots of potential and are in a historic neighborhood. I’ve read all reviews and highly agree with paper thin walls being the main issue(can hear neighbors coughing, talking... , and everything else)unfortunately I live on the second of three floors. The worst! So with the walls and floors having no sound proofing let’s just say ear plugs have been my only hope. But then there’s a alley in behind and they come pick up dumpsters between 2-4am. I have lived in apartments before and have never experienced noise levels like this before. Second property management needs help, a change, someone who cares about the tenants and where they have to live. Since September 2019 they have switched property managers over 3 times and maintenance once so far. When I moved in things were half way fixed/rigged, and my apartment was filthy! The breezeways are gross and the security does ticket your vehicle for towing even though it’s the apartments responsibility to issue permits for parking which they haven’t had since I moved in. They gave me a “temp” paper which had the letter head of the full name and address of the apartments as if I wanna ride around town with it taped to my window in this crime filled gentrified hot mess of a city! Or put it up every time I get in or out of the car! I gave 2 stars because the apartments have so much potential, but needs better management that’s more strict on the up keep and cleanliness of these beautiful apartments. Read More
