Smooth Move-In, Great Team

Just moved in this week after a last-minute scramble to find a place. A friend who lives here recommended it, and I’m glad they did. The team was efficient—applied Monday, approved by Wednesday. Communication was clear and on time, and I locked in a solid special.

I requested a walkthrough before signing since I had only seen the model unit, and the apartment I chose was well prepared. The view isn’t my favorite, but there’s plenty of green space, so it balances out.

Overall, I’d rate it an... 8/10. A few more amenities would help, but the team made the experience a 10. Thanks, Brittany and Elvie—you all were great.

Best Leasing Experience I’ve Had in a Long Time

I had such a good experience at Eastwood Greene. After the mess I dealt with at my last place, I was honestly nervous to start apartment hunting again but Brittany and Elvie completely changed that. They were so helpful and easy to talk to, and they made the whole process feel easy and simple.

They had a 3 month free special going on so of course I wasn’t passing that up. The application process was quick, straightforward, and super informative. I actually ended up applying the same day because... everything just felt right and like it aligned perfectly with all the craziness in my life right now. They even helped me find an apartment that worked perfectly with my move in timing and stayed within my budget which was rare, because some of the other places I toured were way overpriced.

I haven’t moved in yet, but I’m honestly so excited to get in before the holidays. If you’re thinking about renting here, definitely ask for Brittany or Elvie. They really went above and beyond for me, and it made such a difference. Super exicted to start over here.

Love it

Don’t know what the person below is talking about I moved in a few weeks ago and have needed four things doing and they all got done in a timely manner, I love living here it’s quiet I feel safe and the office staff are great can’t wait til summer to use the pool and grill, apartments are lovely just what I need for just me

Don’t fall for it.

You’d be better living under a rock. If it breaks, they don’t fix it & take zero responsibility for their inability to provide all of these “amenities.”
