Elm Hill Flats

It is 12 AM and I was just awaken an hour ago by extremely loud noise taking place in the hallway which has been the Norm for the past several weeks. It was peaceful and quiet when I first moved in a month ago, but it seems like management allowed anyone to sign a lease so they could fill up some apartments and get some money in their pockets. When I complained to one of the property managers I was asked to narrow down who is making the noise. Number 1 I work, and managing a property is not my... job that is theirs, number 2 you really think me going outside while these kids are out here making all this noise and then reporting it to the office is not going to have negative backlash on me?? Number 3 if you have any maintenance issues on the property maintenance does not exist and God forbid any maintenance issues takes place over the weekend because no one is in the office on the weekends so you will have to wait until the weekday. Weed smoke has been an issue as well. Packages have been stolen from a number of neighborhoods, which could have been prevented and even resolved, but we're not allowed to have doorbell cameras due to the possibility that "neighbors can stalk other neighbors" that is the craziest thing I've ever heard because if someone wants to stalk they certainly don't need a camera.
