    Top 5 worst places to live in Nashville

    The walls are thin you can hear everything that goes on in the adjacent apartment. They don't repair anything in a timely manner. If you love to share your apartment with roaches then you'll love it here. They spray ever so often and it doesn't help. They don't maintain the grounds regularly. Grass is high. Tentants leave garbage outside of their doors as if they offer garbage pickup. Parking is first come first serve. It doesn't make sense to pay for a parking spot because anyone can park there… . The tow company isn't reliable. You make a formal complaint to the management team and they do nothing about it. No accountability and no updates. Their maintenance people ride around on golf carts all day doing nothing. If you move in you will regret it.
