Great location, overpriced, horrible management

Location is perfect for walkability, quiet, green space.
Property management has been historically horrible and non-existent.

Worst Property Management in Nashville

These property managers do not care about you or your wellbeing. Multiple times fail to fix things promptly, never let you know when there is construction or loud commotion going on inside or outside. Great location but not worth dealing with their team.
