Kenect Nashville

Overall, Kenect is a great place to live. I especially enjoy the coworking space for socializing and gaming. The "Monday Munchies" and food events are fantastic. As a graduate student, free food and community connection are huge stress-relievers. The staff is very friendly!

Suggestions for Improvement:

Trash Chute: The chute is frequently unavailable, leading to trash piling up. A real-time app notification or status indicator when it is open would prevent unnecessary trips and hallway mess... .

Window Screens: Please install bug screens so we can enjoy fresh air without insects entering.

Policy Enforcement: Stricter enforcement of the no-smoking policy is needed to address frequent marijuana smoke.

Staffing/Packages: High staff turnover makes it difficult to build rapport. Additionally, staff breaks often occur at unpredictable times. It would be helpful to have an online schedule, email alerts for staff absences, or an automated way to retrieve packages when the desk is empty. Read More

This is a fantastic place to live. The community is well maintained, and the staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. They are constantly updating the facilities, and the addition of new restaurants has made Friday nights much more practical and enjoyable.

Friendly staff and neighbors. Outstanding amenities and a great view. The co working space can’t be beat. The gym and dog area are unrivaled. My dog loves to run around the grass part. The view is in obstructed and impeccable.

I love living here! It's in a great location, close to multiple restaurants, stores, gyms, a grocery store, and my workplace. The staff is fantastic and quick to respond to questions. The view from my apartment is amazing. No complaints!

Great location and friendly staff. Very walkable to grocery store, Vanderbilt campus, the Gulch, and of course all that Midtown has to offer. I also really enjoy the 3 bedroom share option which is pretty unique for the area.
