Don’t live here if you value your temperature
I’ve been living here for over a year now. I’ve loved it so far. Everyone is nice, I love my apartment, the amenities are great and well maintained. BUT:
This year, my A/C has broken for the THIRD time and my apartment got up to 85 degrees inside yesterday and today. I was told they would fix it first thing this morning and was hoping they would before I left my DOG AT HOME to go to work, but I got nothing. Calling just got me “I’ll let the team know and we will give you an update.” This is... absurd. They do not care. The lease states “air conditioning problems are not an emergency.” If it’s 90-100 degrees outside, YES IT IS!
There is also a great number of homeless people that sleep on the street outside. This place is not so great after the new management. I’m really disappointed and not happy after this.

Highly recommend
I’m currently in the process of leasing at Margaux Midtown, and I’ve been working closely with Bailey Whitworth — she has made the entire experience absolutely seamless. From our first conversation, Bailey has been incredibly professional, responsive, and kind. She took the time to walk me through every step, answered all of my questions with patience, and made me feel like more than just another prospective tenant.

Nice apartment, amenities are decent, pool area is a bit small for the amount of people that live in the building and management is not always super responsive. Good experience overall other than those things.

Everyone has been super friendly to me and my dog. Easy move-in day with accessible and available parking. Only one elevator for the second building but the residents are kind and everything's updated and so well-kept.
