Highly recommend

I’m currently in the process of leasing at Margaux Midtown, and I’ve been working closely with Bailey Whitworth — she has made the entire experience absolutely seamless. From our first conversation, Bailey has been incredibly professional, responsive, and kind. She took the time to walk me through every step, answered all of my questions with patience, and made me feel like more than just another prospective tenant.

Bailey’s attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly sets... her apart. She’s knowledgeable, organized, and genuinely cares about making sure prospective residents feel confident and excited about moving in. You can tell she takes pride in her role and in the Margaux community.

If you’re thinking about making Margaux Midtown your home, I highly recommend connecting with Bailey. She’s been an absolute pleasure to work with, and I’m looking forward to officially calling Margaux home thanks to her.

Nice apartment, amenities are decent, pool area is a bit small for the amount of people that live in the building and management is not always super responsive. Good experience overall other than those things.

Everyone has been super friendly to me and my dog. Easy move-in day with accessible and available parking. Only one elevator for the second building but the residents are kind and everything's updated and so well-kept.
