How Is This Rating Determined?

Honestly it’s Not it!!!

The leasing office looked super nice but by the time you get to the residential side it was disgusting units smelled like cigarettes and roach repellent! Roaches everywhere the hallways are super dirty and small bad units are not kept up with tbh look somewhere else it’s not worth it !!!
